We know almost nothing of such  things and lives, we can only perceive a trace out of their original contest : this empty space creates a tension which feeds my curiosity and imagination.
I am also attracted by how Time works in things and people: this is why I am curious of ancient civilization and the pre-industrial world.
Creative work is necessary to me, as it looks that my hands give a shape to my thoughts.
